Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Every LUZERE garment is made to order by our production and fulfillment partner. Your order goes through a production period before it ships. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during product launches, holidays, severe weather or carrier disruptions.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take additional time to update after a label is created.
Shipping Address
Please verify your complete shipping address before submitting your order. LUZERE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees required by the destination country unless stated otherwise at checkout.
